The Kenyan coast and beach front property is controlled by the Italian mafia and politically connected Kenyans. You’d have to be out of your mind to get involved with marwa. The coast of Kenya is out of bounds. I know people that own beach front property but it was bought in the 60’s & 70’s & they had major political connections. Marwa is NOT connected to wealthy Kenya. The other thing to worry about at the coast are tribal land clashes - lots of poor landless people at the coast that will take over your land with machetes (it happened to my friends father that owned hundreds of acres)

By giving them free master class? You said you will be having 200 university students staying in your Villa for the summer. Save that money to refurbish that old run down beach front property. The biggest mistake reactors make is to think that KZfaq guidelines or regulations are the same as the laws of a country. They think that compliance with KZfaq guidelines insulates them from prosecution or from being sued!Nothing is further from the truth and I speak from a very informed position!No one is above the laws of a country!KZfaq guidelines or regulations are not the same as the laws of a country!KZfaq is like a family or a home,you have your own family or home rules which your family members follow but that doesn’t equate them to the laws of the country at large!Both you and KZfaq regardless of those guidelines,can still be sued in a competent court of law!Many reactors are fond of thinking that simply because they are following KZfaq rules and regulations,therefore they are doing right!Thats not correct!Many KZfaq practitioners choose not to sue or take time to sue mainly because of their respect for KZfaq as their employer!Although some do,it’s not usually right to sue your employer and expect to remain employed!

I’m happy Marwa,with the help of his lawyers,is compiling a big dossier of lawsuits against some of these reactors who think that their compliance with KZfaq guidelines insulates them from public prosecution from the courts! @@thegame7557 I think it all depends with what you are reacting to and how you are reacting to this public information!At law,there is what is called collateral damage or reputational damage sometimes known as defamation of a person’s personal integrity and character! The laws of many countries allow litigants to sue for damages in those circumstances!Iam not a Kenyan myself but I do follow various activities in various African countries including Kenya! I follow prominent Kenyan lawyers like James Orengo,Miguna Miguna etc! I am a disciple of the late Charles Njonjo!kkkkkkk!One simple issue in communication skills is to adopt the correct tone and attitude and avoid showing your emotional feelings by the way you relate your issues!Your emotional feelings can easily be misconstrued as hatred which is not normally the case!In English,there is what is called TERMINOLOGICAL INEXACTITUDENESS which is a polite way of saying nasty things about someone!It does the trick and avoids unnecessary animosity!

@@cavernedmochache4455 oh dear,my dissertation is about the protection of privacy!Even President Ruto,a very public figure, has a right to privacy;there are certain things about President Ruto that need his blessing to be published even though he is a public figure!The same thing applies to Marwa and his family and it also applies to you!It’s always good self discipline to put yourself in other people’s shoes before reacting!Would you like it if it happened to you?Yes, you react on what is published;what is not published should remain untouchable,it’s private!Even your reaction on what is published must be carefully thought out because careless and speculative talk can easily end up defaming a person’s integrity and character!Defamation of character is a suable offence under Kenyan law!
