When I say 2 times that’s today and yesterday was 2 times as well . I’m determined to keep going for 21 days if not more -should I need to . I feel like crying with relief !! As I feel like I am capable of this -I’ve just lived with so much pain for so long it’s unbelievable!! 47 years to be exact . I can and I am determined to succeed in living my life as I’m kind , I care and I am worth it. If it wasn’t for my cat Bella who is such a huge part of my life and therapy to me - it would be so difficult. She loves me unconditionally.. thank you
