ALWAYS do affirmations that are in the present.... Do not put time other than NOW in the present. Don't say every day just say e. g. I AM growing strong I AM successful I AM limitless I AM abundant I AM loved and project love....... There is no time in the universe it just is...... In the now!!!

Hello beautiful soul. I feel the need to reach out with this message. I have found throughout my 55 years of life that whatever keeps coming back into your life is meant to be healed and not just pushed away. Lessons that need to be learned will be put in your path continuously through different people and situations or maybe even the same until you forgive them forgive yourself and heal from whatever the lessons are. Please sit with yourself and Source while thinking about what it is that you are supposed to be learning and healing from with the "trash" as you put it and you will see that it is something for you to learn from in order to heal. If you have not forgiven your past and yourself then deep down you don't think that you are worthy of going forward and that maybe why it keeps coming into your life. Remember forgiveness is huge and then you shall be able to release it completely and you won't have that following you anymore🙏 Also, calling other people trash in the end also calls yourself that. Those people were very important in your life at a certain time and just because you're Rising up does not mean that there any less... it just means that they aren't at your level anymore. So please stop the name calling go within and you will see that we are all the same just on different levels! Blessing's of Peace to you✌️💫✌️
