I set a goal to finally complete my long time dream of a perfect 318 John Deere Garden Tractor, complete with a custom paint job.
To do it, I had to work on the project every day until it was finished. Some days I did a lot, and some days I didn't do much, but perseverance paid off and in this video I will reveal the completed project.

🎼🎶Mama said there'd be days like this. There'd be days like this, my mama said.🎶 🎼🎶"Mama said, mama said" The only thing I would have done different would have been with the JD stickers on the sides... Instead of white and black I would have gone black lettering and a clear sticker. Love the touch of "DDDiY" on the sticker, though. I love the name you chose! Bruno just fits! Can't wait until the documentary! See you in the next one! 🥰🥰🤗🤗😘😘

Being a traditionalist, I thought you bloody were crazy painting it JD Construction yellow. But once it rolled out of the barn, I thought it looked awesome!! What an AMAZING build! I have a couple old 212's (one w/ hydraulic) and my goal is to use both to make the hydraulic one like new! Now that the weather is starting to shape up, I'm going to begin my new project! I have a blower for the front and the 48" mowing deck. Both need work and parts. It'll probably take me more than 130 days as I'm retired and not quite as nimble as I once was, but it was certainly motivational, seeing your video here as I've been looking for the time - and weather to get this going! Congratulations on such a beautiful build! Mike, in Northeast Iowa.

And now.. I got chills hearing that story about Don.. very happy to share my with that old tractor, and now the new baby. While my grandparents were Italian immigrants in the 1920's, Grandma Bruno's side became farmers in Ohio. I ate tomatoes from those seeds for years and my Dad grew huge and delicious tomatoes each year from those Ohio seeds. Well done Neil! Francesco Bruno in Colorado
