ഇന്നലെ ഒരു പ്രമുഖ ഷോറൂമിൽ നിന്നും ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് വാങ്ങി. കാശ് കൊടുത്തു പൊന്നു.24 മണിക്കൂർ ആയിട്ടും ഫ്രിഡ്ജ് വീട്ടിലെത്തിയില്ല. Complaint കൊടുത്തൂടെ

ഞാൻ ഒരു സാംസങ് m52 ഫോൺ വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. 25000 രൂപയുടെ ഫോൺ ആണ്. Waranty കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് 3 മാസം ആയി. ഇപ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ സ്‌ക്രീനിൽ ഗ്രീൻ ലൈൻ വരുന്നു. സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ കാണിച്ചപ്പോൾ സ്ക്രീൻ മാറ്റാൻ 8000 രൂപ ആകുമെന്നും waranty കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ഫുൾ പൈസ അടക്കാനും പറഞ്ഞു. അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ അറിഞ്ഞത് ഈ മോഡൽ ഫോണുകൾക്ക് എല്ലാം ഈ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ഉണ്ടെന്നും ഒരു വർഷത്തിനു ശേഷം ആണ് കംപ്ലയിന്റ് കാണിക്കുന്നത് എന്നും അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷെ സർവീസ് സെന്റർ പറയുന്നത് waranty കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്നും ആണും പറയുന്നത്. ഇതിന് എതിരെ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധികുമോ?

സാർ, ജനുവരി യിൽ 1.48 ലക്ഷം രൂപ കൊടുത്ത് പുതിയ vespa scooter വൈഫ്‌ ന് വേണ്ടി വാങ്ങി. വാങ്ങിയ 2nd day തന്നെ ഓയിൽ leek കാരണം ഷോറൂമിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി 4/5പ്രാവശ്യം കൊണ്ട് പോയതിനുശേഷമാണ് അത് റെഡി ആയത്. അതിനു കൂടെത്തന്നെ വേണ്ടി ഓടികൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ off ആയിപോവുന്നു. വൈഫ് ആണ് ഓടിക്കുന്നത് highway യുടെ നടുവിലൊക്കെ വണ്ടി off ആയി നിന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിനിടയിൽ ഒരുപാട് പ്രാവശ്യം ഷോറൂമിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി അവര്ക് സംശയം ഉള്ളത് parts കളൊക്കെ മാറ്റി നൽകി.. എന്നിട്ടും അതുപോലെതന്നെ.. ഒരു മറ്റവവും ഇല്ല. നിലവിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും കൂടെ വേണ്ടി off ആയി വഴിയിൽ കിടക്കുവാണ്.. Recovery van വന്ന് കൊണ്ടുപോവും ഇതുംകൂടി 3മത്തെ പ്രാവശ്യമാണ് recovery വന്ന് കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നത്, ചുരുക്കം പറഞ്ഞാൽ 4മാസത്തിൽ 1മാസം ഷോറൂമിൽ തന്നെയായിരുന്നു. Consumer court ൽ പോയാൽ vespa റീപ്ലേസ് /refund കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യത ഉണ്ടോ?

ഞാൻ ഒരു ലോഡ് ചെങ്കല്ലിറക്കി.( കുറച്ചു മാസങ്ങളായി ).ഇതിൽ 50 ൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉപയോഗശൂന്യമായിരുന്നു.online ആയാണ് Payment ചെയ്തത്. രേഖകളുണ്ട്. ഉപയോഗിക്കാനെടുക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് തട്ടിപ്പിന്നിരയായത് മനസ്സിലായത്.ഉടൻകല്ലിറക്കിയ ആളെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു. മന: പൂർവ്വമല്ലെന്ന് അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞു. നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം നൽകാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷെ ദിവസങ്ങളും മാസങ്ങളും കഴിഞ്ഞു. WAPലൂടെ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടപ്പോൾ Reply ഇല്ല. അവസാനം കൺസ്യൂമർ കോർട്ടിൽ പരാതി കൊടുക്കുമെന്ന റിയിച്ചപ്പോൾ കൊടുത്തോളൂ എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. എന്തു ചെയ്യണം? ഈ പരാതി പരിഗണിക്കുമോ? എങ്ങിനെ, ആർക്ക് പരാതി നൽകും?

ബ്രോ ഞാൻ ഷാവോമി 12 പ്രൊ ഏപ്രിൽ 14 വാങ്ങിച്ചതാണ്.... ഫോണിൽ heating, Battery issue network issue ithokke undu, service center പോയപ്പോൾ ഇ ഫോൺ alredy heating issue ഉള്ള ഫോൺ ആണെന്നും 7 day replacement മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്നും പറഞ്ഞു, ഷാവോമിയുടെ ഇവിടെത്തെ ആൾക്കാരെ contact ആക്കിയപ്പോൾ 48 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളിൽ തിരിച്ചു വിളിച്ചു പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാക്കാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞതാണ്, വാങ്ങിച്ച കടയിലെ സ്റ്റാഫ് മുകേനെയുള്ള ഫോൺ കോളിൽ ആണ് ഇ ഉറപ്പ് തന്നത്, 3 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും വിളിച്ചില്ല, അങ്ങോട്ട് വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ കാൾ എടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല, വാങ്ങിച്ച കടയിലെ സ്റ്റാഫ് ന് കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ അറിയാം... എനിക്ക് consumer cortl കേസ് കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ? ബജാജ് emi വഴി എടുത്ത ഫോൺ ആണ് pls Repy 🙏🏻

ഞാൻ ഒരു 3499 രൂപയുടെ ഡ്രസ്സ്‌ വാങ്ങി.ഒരൊറ്റ വാഷിന് അതു കളർ ഇളകി കട്ട പിടിച്ചു. പിന്നെ കംപ്ലയിന്റ് cheyyan നോക്കിയപ്പോ ബില്ല് ഇൽ dry wash only എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു. ഡ്രസ്സ്‌ മൽ അങ്ങനെ എഴുതിയിട്ട് ഇല്ല. പിന്നെ അവർ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും ഇല്ല. കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ചെയ്യാമോ

ഞാൻ samsung fridge വാങ്ങിയിരുന്നു. 2 day കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ door complaint വന്നു. ഷോപ്പിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവര് പറയുന്നത് റിപ്ലൈ ഇല്ല എന്ന് സാംസങ്ങിനെ പ്രതിനിധി വിളിച്ചപ്പോഴും ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. ഞാനിപ്പോ അത് വാങ്ങിച്ചിട്ട് മൂന്ന് ദിവസമായിട്ടുള്ള. അപ്പോൾ എനിക്കൊരു കമ്പ്ലൈന്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ. പ്ലീസ് റിപ്ലൈ

May 1 ന് അവധി കാരണം 30 ന് EMI അടക്കണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു 30 ന് തന്നെ പൈസ അടച്ചു. ഒരാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം bank ൽ നിന്ന് വിളിച്ച് EMI അടച്ചിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് അവർ മോശമായി പെരുമാറി' എൻ്റെ Account ൽ നിന്നും രൂപ പോയിട്ടുമുണ്ട്. ആദ്യത്തെ EMI തന്നെ മുടക്കി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് 2 ദിവസത്തിനകം EMI Pay ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും പൈസ അടച്ചു. Loan details ൽ ഒരു Emi മാത്രം കാണിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ. പോരാത്തതിന് അവർ തവണയായി Fine ഉം ഈടാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇനിയും Fine അടയ്ക്കാൻ Msg ഉം call ഉം വരുന്നു ഇതിന് ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യണ്ടത് ? Please reply..

Bro, I bought an LG 126 cm (50 inches) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV on 8 May 2022. Unfortunately, accidental damage happened on 12 march 2023 and the display is not working. In addition to the TV from Flipkart, I also purchased a Complete TV Protection (3 years) through Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited which cost around 42000rs including TV and TV protection. I’ve registered complaint. The technical team visited and they rejected initially. I’ve requested again and finally they told me that the repairing cost is more than the depreciation value. Hence, they can only provide me depreciation amount which is around 15000 and they calculated 2 year depreciation value. But my initial complaint was within one year. For this case should complaint against LG or Jeeves? And what should I mention in the complaint? I mean should I ask for the repair of display or 1 year depreciation value? Kindly suggest me bro.
