Faster, Economical & Efficient: Freight Trains zoom past 90 kmph on recently inaugurated New Khurja- New Bhaupur section of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor in Uttar Pradesh
In a game changing development, Freight Trains have started to attain top speeds of above 90 kmph on newly inaugurated New Khurja- New Bhaupur section of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Faster speeds would result in faster delivery of goods and faster turnaround reducing freight costs.

बिलकुल game changer साबित होगा ये। level-crossings को पूरी तरह समाप्त करने और DFC पूरा होने के बाद पैसेंजर ट्रेनों के 160kmph पे चलने की कल्पना करना अब मुश्किल नहीं।

@@15087100 here you are wring this project was started by atal bihari bajpai but when congress come the project ws never intitated or given green signal and this project is now continous during bjp. DFCIL was opened in 2006 but it was open because it was already get cabinet clearance during atal bihari bajpai regime But after formation it was never get in work. This project again started in 2015-16 and just in 4 to 5 years we get this much work completed. If congress has worked seriously on this then this entire project would wave completed by 2012.

After 70 + yrs goods bogies entertaining the speed 90 + km/hrs under NDA govt ( not ruling) administration. Cabin crew also get relief from very sluggish approach. Nation will get immense benefit.

its not the case. The UPA was very hostile to infra projects. Jayanti Natrajan scuttled many many infra projects and pushed india behind for decades. The opportunity cost India lost was immense. Not only this, UPA completely ignored border infra, defence modernisation Ak Antony was sitting on defence files like a python after swallowing a goat...this is the reason why China took advantage of it.
