I thought many years ago Google bought that piece of land in San Francisco and decide to build with their own money on that piece of land their Flagship office I didn't know that Google least a building I thought that building was being built from the ground up several years ago so in other words who leases a plot of land and then a company decides to build their own building on a piece of land that was leased ?,? I'm sure glad I don't own a business in California I would never go and rent out a piece of land just to go and build my building with my own sweat and blood and my money on a piece of land that's owned by some sleazy real estate investor or some sleazy landlord !!!!..

Peter Zeihan has an interesting analysis of CA‘s economy, which rose then fell, though not because of the Dems. While the economy was rising, it didn‘t matter how much mismanagement and waste the Dems caused, because the economy was doing so well. But, now that CA‘s economy is falling, all these policies, spending, and taxing, by the Democrats is making a bad situation worse. As investors know, “A rising tide lifts all boats“. And, when the tide goes out, you have a better view of the rocks and mud that is California. Keep up the videos!

Companies are realizing that the utopian policies of the Democrats simply DONT WORK. So, yes its California today, but as this video points out, its the entire democrat-run west coast. Companies cant make a profit in Democrat areas. So their investors require them to move. The investor deserves a reasonable return on their money invested in the company.
