@@DimasCociu Well yea, but dropping a phone from above 7-8 feet should be something rare too and minor drops shouldn't cause such damage as shown in the video. It looks as if the owner's dog thought the phone is a toy bone or something.

I remember my mom's old phone got beaten and cracked tf up cuz she decided it was a smart idea to hold the dog's leash while walking the dog and have her phone in that same hand.

@@brandondixon2138 the thing with iPhones, and Hugh said it several times, is that they pair most of the components to the specific device. Their design looks and repairs very vell - it's really modular and easy to disassemble and reassemble (besides back panel and screen), but you can't change anything, because you will either get a semi-functional phone or just non-functional phone

Bought one of the $20 something dollar ifixit toolkits about two years ago. Literally one of the best things I’ve bought since I’ve started doing repairs. The lil jimmy tool is basically worth the whole $20 by itself imo. I use most of the ifixit tools over Apple’s issued tools.
