Bought my 7 for 550€ (discounted price) after the release of 7a which was 499€ ... I think the 50€ difference was worth it :)

I looked at both in store. The displays seem way too dim even with the slider at 100%. Initially, i thought their sliders were set half way. They also had a weird brown hue on their displays

I noticed you compared the Google 7 to am iphone when you mentioned how the Google may slow up in a few years while iphone slows there's phones up each the years so what's the difference?

iPhone used to slow down with updates, but then Apple got sued for planned obsolescence. An iPhone from 5 years ago performs about the same as the iPhone 14 lol.
