Hi! What do you do with the little JavaScript File once you track all the header tag codes? such as Facebook pixels, youtube ads, google analytics etc... ???

How does it speed up your page load? If you place the code directly in the head or in the tag manager - the end result should be the same as far requests going back and forth. Right? It's just different way of the code implementation. Also can you place Adsense code for AutoAds in the Google Tag manager?

Because with Tag Manager instead of multiple java tracking codes you are only placing one single java code for google tag manager. He mentioned it in the video too.

For the most part it doesn't really do much to speed up a site. It's a common misconception people have. All the same javascript still needs to get loaded. There are 3 ways it can help speed up a site: 1) GTM does make it easier for non-developers to see what javascript is being loaded and prevent it from loading when the page doesn't need it. 2) The javascript is loaded from a fast content delivery network that google owns. Content delivery networks distribute code throughout the world and deliver it to the user from the server that is physically closest. 3) It can compress Javascript. Most libraries are already compressed though so it doesn't make much of a difference. We are talking about 0.1 - 0.2 of a second increase in speed here. Very minimal. For nearly every website out there compressing images for the web will do MUCH more to speed up a website than the speed benefit GMT provides. GTM is very useful, but the "increased speed" argument is pretty much bunk.

yes, you should remove it after youve confirmed its working in GTM

Hi. Google analytics works well on my old iMac but while it is up and running, I go to it on my new Chromebook and there is zero activity and a notice that there aren't. I have done some work on it and still not showing hits, whereas the old puter is fine.

It's easiest if you just use a plugin to implement GTM.

Just one, remarketing lists are controlled in Facebook, not GTM.
