probably helps if you tap into sensitivity, intuition, and listening skills, which are things men kind of are taught to deny in themselves in this hard edgy culture of ours

They were already tight as fuck and killing it back around this time. I listen to what they’ve done recently, and the amount of growth in less than 2 years is absolutely mind blowing. The sound is so much fuller and bigger now, they’ve added a 5th member, and they revolutionized their performance style while stuck at home during the pandemic. If you’re still looking for that band who’s going to carry you on when Phish inevitably retires years and years from now, this is the band you’re looking for.

I'd like to see them cover some Phish. They do have a lot of similar sounds and other musical similarities that I don't know the technical term for.

@@RinkWiz I’m not actually sure if they’ve done any Phish yet. They’ve definitely played Dead. I think they’d do a really good job with Divided Sky or Fluffhead. Something more slow and acoustic like Lifeboy or Train Song would be sublime from Goose

The latter half of this jam starting around 6:00 or so reminds me of Umphrey's McGee specifically August from HOF 2016 in the way that climax to the jam builds.

Art and Paul would love it. These guys are my new favorite. I was looking forward to seeing them twice in 2020, until Covid shut it all down. But it didn't shut them down. I've been following on KZfaq and can't wait til I can see them live IN PERSON! Goooooooooose!
