She’s that typical stuck up bitch living in a rich community and thinking therefore she can charge people 300 dollars for 3-4 h of ‘cooking’. I’ve had had a cooking course when I was a kid (my mom signed me up for it, thought it would be good to have more social interaction and make something too. It wasn’t my idea but I went and after one time I liked to be there and was quite sad it was over after I believe 7 weeks. ). And that was 7weeks and 1.5h per class and about 6times less than Cooolleeeen charges or charged. Bet her days were over after this, I sure wouldn’t want to give her my money after seeing how bad she was at cooking.

Based on how the signiture dish happened in season 17, it seems like the contestants let the producers know what dish they're making and what they'll need ahead of time so they have the ingredients in the kitchen. If that's how all the seasons work, it means some contestants request premade/canned stuff.

You already have a bit of the purée inside the can and 2. Companies put the more perfect tomatoes in cans, whereas fresh tomatoes might have been bruised up or had a bit of pesticides still on it after delivery

@@MMoer honestly I felt the same way for a long time. All I ever saw was clips of Gordon cussing at people on Hell’s Kitchen, and he annoyed the hell out of me. But after a while I tried watching some of his other stuff, and find that he’s a genuinely caring dude. He just amps up the savagery for television. I’d recommend some of his older Kitchen Nightmares episodes, specifically the British version. He’s way more chill, and not always screaming. The one where he helps a struggling Irish family run a restaurant is a great example.
