I, for one, would love to try ostrich egg in the future. It looks so rich and heavenly, not to mention just one egg would be enough to feed 6 to 8 people! Equivalent to 2 dozen eggs! That's amazing! As a native Louisianan, I would love to see his idea of boiled crawfish.. You honestly can't go wrong with too much of anything in boiled crawfish. I do 3 jars of Pro Boil with whole garlic cloves, onions, andouille links, lemon halves and mushrooms, potatoes, etc.
