How long is the meat??
@augustwavra1963 жыл бұрын
It's an endless log of meat that keeps coming. The chops go onto a conveyor belt and get turned into cattle feed. The cows eat the food and reproduce. Ramsay personally selects the cow, and the cut he wants is taken and glued (with meat glue) onto the back end of a chain. He covers the meat in philo dough as it goes along the conveyor belt, then it goes to the chef who chops it. Really any part of the system is worth the outro, idk why they don't show them.

( Holston's, Crockett's Breakfast Camp, No Way Jose's, JT Hannah's, Greenbrier in Gatlinburg, Five Oaks Farm Kitchen, Blaine's Bar & Grill). @unlucky_2nd8973 жыл бұрын
Imma need a status report
@milessmith66113 жыл бұрын
@@unlucky_2nd897 It turned out very very well! I used a 4.71 lb pork belly, butterflied. Then for the inside filling I used about a Tbsp of Rosemary, a Tbsp of Thyme, 2 Tbsp of Sage (I'd preferably do a little less), 3 Tbsp of toasted fennel seeds, and the zest of one lemon. I put all the ingredients in a blender with enough olive oil to make it a nice, almost pesto consistency. Then I sprinkled salt and cracked pepper on the pork and rubbed it in with olive oil before spreading my mixture and rubbing it in (you don't have to score the meat or skin btw!) and then roll it up and tie it with butchers twine. I prepped it the night before so I actually did the Gordon Ramsay method of wrapping it in plastic wrap and rolling it up and chilling it. It really helps keep its shape until you are ready to cook it. My family owns a small rotisserie but if you look up different methods of cooking it, you should be able to find one that will work for you. Just as long as you get good crackly skin. And that's about it. My family tried it and we were all in agreement that this was the closest thing to porchetta from Rome. We've been to a few different places to try porchetta in New Jersey and Philly but this was the closest thing by far ☺️
