To bad that the Shakedry technology has been shut down, they aren't making new products with it. And I don't like it, I love my Shakedry jacket!

1 hour of rain and i have been totally wet in my old shakedry jacket. water resistancy seems to wear out over time and its not possible to renew it on shakedry material

hi, I was reading that the Shakedry fabric had some resistance and therefore durability problems, and I read that there have been variations in the fabric on some manufacturers. Is this true or do all gore-tex Shakedry jackets have the exact same fabric?

Shakedry is shakedry. Durability is not synonymous, but staying dry is. They work great but need to be taken care of. I you want something more durable look at Gores Phantom jacket lineup.

could be but there is a finite life now due to the way the jacket was made and is now being phased out.. The race fit is nicer but depends on your physique

Lol they look like them too. Also wish it didn’t have that garish ‘gortex’ logoing all over it. Yes we know it’s gortex.
