Lovely finish GH 👌 Porcelain slabs would be nice outside? I regret putting decking down. Slippery and gets to look tatty etc and now needs replacing.

Got the same large corner unit and fitted it yesterday. Two of us, he’s 70 I’ve got heart and mobility problems age 60. Neither of us over 5ft 5. We have now named the cupboard the t**t cupboard. Had visions of it being scrap, ripped from the start. Eventually got it done. Was like mission impossible!

So many similarities to our style choices. Our last kitchen was from DIY kitchen, we used boards and iron brackets for our shelves and had the same fitted bin for our recycling. Now in our new build we have identical materials and colours for the floor, units and worktop - works beautifully! Plus we’ve just bought the same fridge! Anyone would think you’ve stolen my ideas ;). Great job from start to finish. Well done and thanks for the entertainment.

Great Job Andy and Mrs Mc. U have brought life back 2 a house that was probably the pride and joy of the pervious owners at one time but, like them it grew old and tired. Have throughly enjoyed watching and the hard slog has been well worth it. Hope u have many many happy years in it.

Great project! One key advantage of any level of DIY project is, as you said, that you have an understanding of how it’s put together and so can maintain it. Even if one’s skills aren’t A1, you gain in this ongoing way - and build confidence to do bigger and better things! I know I have thanks to your videos.
