Dawson, I love how you highlight these stories because when I was growing up we did not have these new age media, exposures, or outlets. I now attend a church that I am afraid to leave because it is totally No drama, I can honestly say "I Love My Church." It's an international church that's small and growing, and my pastor believe in healing and the word. There is a total of 5 American members, the other 20 or less are of other nationalities, but I love my church. I'm a young 50plus year old, and I love my church, and I have seen it All in the church throughout my adulthood. I dated a man who was sleeping with several of the girls in the church, fathered children with his goddaughter, her sister, her friend, and those girls' mothers. I have also, been in that same church wherein they hired a DL pastor, and he was messing with the young boys in the church after he got married to appease the elders, and devastated that women so badly that she left and never dated again. That was close to 14 years ago. I can Not go back into the traditional church because of these very topics you speak on, and my experiences. Older women in the church need to stop being so ignorant, stop being so religious, and talk to these young women who always looking for a man in the church, and passing their children over to the pastor for help. Then years later the child exposes the man for molesting them. I just can Not do church or listen to gospel music the same way my grandmother did because of stuff that you're reporting on. Just keep doing what you're doing, I promise you, You're help someone to heal, make better decisions, and/or enlightening them.

You’re right! Speaking as a person who goes to church on a regular basis grown up in church and now I’m in leadership role in church for several years. I will say Most Churches ⛪️ are just buildings. Don’t let this stop you from knowing God! The Bible speaks of wheat and Tares in the Kingdom of God you’re witnessing tares. The wheat or the body of Christ (The CHURCH) is different from the tares (church people). The truth is we’re all waiting for the manifestation of the wheat or Sons of God. We have yet to see the maturity of the Body of Christ into true Sons of God . Right now and in the past We always see church people “struggling”... We will soon see THE CHURCH the body of Christ rise up and actually be who we’ve pretended to be. My heart aches but what you’re saying is true too many games and foolishness in churches. I don’t want it to be true but it is. We are witnessing people gathering in buildings not the body of Christ don’t get it twisted. Nine times out of ten people in church are not saved and many don’t want to be. It’s sad people get The Body of Christ (THE CHURCH) and church people conflated because of how the gatherers in buildings behave. Sad... Our issue is we (church people) don’t really believe the Bible and we don’t really believe In God because he can deliver anybody from anything. Our action show we ain’t about that life.But don’t let any of this stop you from knowing God. Know God for yourself seek Him with all your heart and find some like minded Christians to fellowship with and discuss and help each other. It doesn’t have to be in a church ⛪️ building. God bless!
