Edward Fanning Jr is a young drummer from Atlanta, Georgia. In this video, he has to learn a song that he has never heard before. The objective is to listen to it a few times, figure out parts, sequences, solos etc, all this while listening to a drum less track. So he can have all the freedom to come up with his own drum parts. After he listens, he plays it to the best of his ability and listens to the original song afterwards to see what the drummer on the track did different. Hope you enjoy!
THIS IDEA WAS INSPIRED BY DRUMEO, IN WHOM WE LOOK UP TO!

Nice, that's a good thing. Inspiration is important for all of us in anything we do, but we gotta be careful sometimes so it's not a flat out ripoff. This is almost an exact copy of the Drumeo series, down to the structure and editing. You obviously have what it takes to be a content creator, and specifically drum content, just need your own fresh ideas. Rooting for you, and hope you can brainstorm some original ideas, and bring us some new original drum content! Subbed. Peace and positivity🤘

It's hard cause the Drumeo format has pretty much all you would want from this type of idea. Maybe instead of picking super famous songs like Drumeo does you could pick surprising underground ones or something.

As someone who grew up with this song, I thought your remix was pretty good. The intro and the double snare was definitely a nice touch. Hope you guys continue to bring in some fire

Shouting out Drumeo made me subscribe, honest with the content and straightforward, loved it. I can't wait to hear more. Your artist was awesome and just the back and forth with the commentary was great. Keep it up I'll be back for every one of them.

Gospel drummers are the best drummers hands down. always so much flavor and outside the box approach to playing. I come for the metal and hardcore world and I always wanted to have a gospel drummer for my projects.
