That’s bizarre to have never Hurd this song by now? Hard to believe, but I did meet a guy a few years ago who was a country boy and never Hurd of Brittney spears, so who knows.

NOTES: - This video was shot a while ago! I believe it's the last 'simple' song for this video idea so far! - More videos like this coming soon! With songs you all requested! Keep requesting more! - Video was delayed because the drummer's mic was never plugged in! But I made it work the best I could! - I reached out to Drumeo and had a conversation! All good!

Brothers, I'm a Christian. A pretty hardcore one. While I absolutely despise when people overly focus on race (like more woke people usually do while claiming other people are racists), I do have a question. Is this channel specifically about black drummers? I scrolled down quite a bit and noticed that the majority (all) of drummers featured are black. I see that you use phrases like "God's grace" and feature many gospel drummers, which resonates with me as a Christian drummer and makes me want to subscribe. However, I'm curious - are there no white, Latin, or Asian gospel drummers, or are they just not as good?
@FronkkКүн бұрын
gospel music in itself is deeply rooted from african-american churches so most gospel musicians are black. sure there are some gospel musicians that are other races but they've never really gone as far as most of the gospel musicians seen on this channel and are much harder to come across. then again tho, most ppl playing gospel that arent black, chances are they are mostly mainly playing other genres of music
@FronkkКүн бұрын
and this channel is solely based on shedding light on gospel musicians because it is heavily overlooked within modern music that we hear today. u dont see any gospel drummers aside from very big ones like larnell lewis on drumeo, so this channel was created for that purpose
@FronkkКүн бұрын
not really anything to do with race per-say but its more so with shedding light on the culture
@DrumbleOfficialКүн бұрын
Hey man! The channel is in no way race specific! We’ve reached out to multiple drummers of different races, we just haven’t been able to get other races on the channel as of now. But it will come!!

It's pretty ridiculous how much this guy doesn't only have a great ear for music but also clearly a great memory for it. Mixed in with some genuinely tasteful fills. Admittedly I'm no drummer. I've done hand percussion for a few years and have been doing mostly metal vocals past 15 or so years. But as someone who appreciates music for what it is, I love K2's take on this song. This guy is both an excellent drummer and entertaining with a good dose of humour. As for the Offspring, if you haven't heard this song, pretty sure you've heard "Pretty Fly (For a White Guy)", "Self Esteem" and "Why Don't You Get a Job?". They have been around for a little while now. They've always been this type of "shout along" style pop punk with some hard rock elements. For what they are, they developed a sound that is pretty uniquely them. You're not really going to mix them up with any other band.

It’s awesome to see how far Josh has gotten in the industry, I got to see and learn some things from him, he never taught me 😂, but watching him when I was younger and just watching him grow over the years, he’s always been a drummer I looked up to and hope to see him play again one day on the road. Shout out 817 Josh!!!
