God bless you abundantly. The Lord has shown me a better way... as I've been tormented with judging, criticizing and slandering, through the first 3 chapters of Romans. I asked Him so earnestly how do I not judge because for years it has plagued me, repenting continually of it and being ashamed. He said in 1 quiet moment that I need to catch myself when I start judging and turn it for good, yes to stop and pray (God's perfect will) for that person. Well, it's amazing this awesome "better way" that He has shown me. I'm seeing people from a totally different perspective. Humbling myself before the Lord is amazing. In life, I knew that I can read something and interpret in my own way, and sometimes through others. So I wanted to hear everything from God, so my own understanding or others understanding would not get in the way of God's truth. So I kept quiet of my troubles from my friends and family and sought to have Him send me messages. These things never come immediately, but I hear the right things I need to hear- again, I do not say anything of my troubles so I can let God say things through others. It makes it tough when I feel I am against the world, and that even the world thinks they are speaking the word of Jesus.

My one thought! Why is it when there is a disagreement with your life style that those who have another opinion automatically are hateful? I find that closeminded. The unitarian church is an activist church. That is ok. Your chosen life style is ok. You are allowed to choose. I take the scriptures seriously. I believe in the canon of scripture. When someone is living a life style that goes against the scriptures in love I pray for them. I do not hate them. My prayers are sincere and I hope that the choices you have made will have merit before God. The attributes of God are clear. His Immutability is clear. So, according to Rosaria Butterfield the Bible is God. That IS the typical belief of most Christians. Also, Dr. Butterfield believes that one must go to church in order to pray to God as though the church is the place in which God resides.
