One idea that would be kind of cool would be to have a quiz where you pick between anime that had openings done by the same artist/band as another anime series. For example, Haikyu!! and Dr. Stone both have openings done by Burnout Syndromes. I think it would be a fun twist on the anime openings quizzes.

Hell yeah,, another quiz! I got 28/50 on this, 10 Months ago, when I originally took it. Got 41/50 playing along right now, after almost a year of doing these kind of quizzes regularly. You got the bonus 1, 2, 3 correct BTW. Bonus 4 was D, Blend S, and Bonus 5 was Wotakoi, C. Also 15:35 The others are Highschool DxD, Date A Live and Chuunibyo Demo Koi Ga Shitai 20:18 That's Seraph of the End. I hadn't heard of it outside of Opening quizzes either. 21:07 LOL, no Elfen Lied has a Latin Choral for an opening. Also, the "Lied" in Elfen Lied is pronounced like the Leed in Leeds United, or the Lead in leader. This is like the 50th time I'm writing that, either in a comment or in Twitch chat, it feels like. 27:09 "If it was like something about crying..." funny you should say, cause the Violet Evergarden opening actually has a part of the lyrics that is about crying, and it's coincidentally the part that usually gets played in these quizzes. Also, not sure if there are any on KZfaq, but I'd watch you take a Horror movie quiz any day.

I don't really care about it to some degree but if they do it too much I'll start finding their content less enjoyable, anyway you have turned into one of my favourite channels because if this. 8:57 yeah Eve did JJK op 1 "Kaikai kitan" and MHA op 11 "Bokurano" you should definitely react to more of his songs I recommend doing "Inochi no tabekata" / "How to eat life" next as the MV is a prequel to the "Fight song" MV that checked out when you did the 12th CSM ed. 12:40 op 9 "Velonica" is by Aqua timez who also did op 6 "Alones", ed 30 "Mask" and the theme for the first movie Memories of nobody "Sen no yoru no koete". 14:49 not again Luke you got op 5 wrong in the 1 second quiz video as well, looks like you need to listen to FMAB more. 16:38 it was actually Mob psycho . 19:15 I'd take any of those. (Edit:) if I counted correctly you got about 30 right I got 43 hadn't heard of all of them, but you did good bit disappointed you got Spy family and FMAB wrong and I'm you'll get Tokyo revengers next time.

For me, in multiple choice quizzes, it's actually easier to guess openings of not mainstream anime because they sound more unique. The only ones I got wrong, were actually the mainstream titles xD

You did well. I know there were a decent amount of ones you reacted to that was missed but most of those were a batch reaction video for the opening only, not the anime. And quite a few of the ones in the later half of these quizzes do get recommended but they are not mainstream enough to get the upvotes so they don't get picked up. (also the reason they are in the harder half of the quizzes generally)

Luke: "Everything in my bones is screaming MHA" also Luke: "except that it doesn't feel like a MHA song" listened to the wrong gut voice XD I only got 4 of them wrong, 3 from the hard category and 1 from otaku BUT!! it would've been more wrong answers if this wasn't multiple choice quiz. Was def using process of elimination on quite a bit of the songs. i just ignore whatever you shout and make my own decision anyway when playing at home ^^

I love seeing how much better you are getting at those each and every time it is exciting see you guess right more and more 😁 I do not understand everyone saying that "if you watched the openings" because it isn't really going to help you with the amount of anime you are watching and amount openings you are reacting to, you are bound to not remember everything, even if you watched opening every episode. You are actually getting good at those because of the conscious attempt you are doing at remembering which opening is from which show, challenging yourself and constantly expanding your library by reacting to more of them. Take me for the example, I got 39 right, 6 wrong and all of the bonus rounds right. And while watching anime I watch each opening only once (unless I really like it) and then skip it the rest of times. But I do listen to a lot of tops, watch your videos, do some quizes for fun, and generally put every opening I like on my playlist. And I will sometimes completely forget openings from the shows I watched but remember the most popular ones. Because the truth is, you are going to remember the ones that are most popular, unique or the ones that you listen the most to, not the ones you watched the anime. Unless you would watch only this one anime, rewatch it a lot and basically obsess over it for a prolonged period of time. So do not feel too beat op that you sometimes forget the ones you watched, you are actually doing absolutely amazing at those! I actually just guess before you but it not always work, so if I am confident I knew the right answer before you spoke I count it, if I had even a tiny doubt I don't ^^

You did pretty good Luke! 30 right, 31 if you count bonuses (you got 1/5 on bonuses). That's actually really close to my own score. I got 31, 35 counting bonuses. Now admittedly I'm a casual anime watcher (and I didn't cheat by pausing to think through my answers :P) but you still did really well and got more than half right! Congrats.

These kinda videos are often not that hard if you are into anime for a few years. The Anime in Otaku lvl are still very popular anime and not in any way niche anime. They often use older anime that maybe are to old for some newer anime fans rather then animes that you rly need knowledge for. They are often for "newer" anime fans. Not to discredit you in any way. I think you know much more about some smaller anime then many people. Just my overall opinion on these kind of quizzes.

The difficulty was kinda lower than I expected, and for the few that I couldn't remember blind which anime it was, the multiple choice kinda made it easy. (70% of the hardest difficulty felt like medium difficulty of other quizes at most... like Vivy or Wotakoi for example) I have to say though, you have quite a good memory for remembering some of them having only reacted to them once and nothing more, and considering how much of them you're listening to each week.

If you watched the openings of the animes you watch, you wouldn't even have any sort of doubt when you hear one of them playing. 9/10 is lower than it should be. When I hear even a second of an opening from an anime I've seen, I immediately know what it is.

Luke not guessing anything on the March Comes in Like a Lion opening was pretty funny. I'm not surprised you don't remember since it was quite a while ago that you did the openings, but you just did the endings a couple days ago so I thought there was a chance you would get it. Also I love how often you go "It can't be this one" and it is in fact that one. You did great though, you got quite a few.

Fun because Sawano worked on Owari no Seraph for the Opening, but for 86, he just worked on the OSTs, not the openings. OP 1 from 86 is done by Hitorie and OP 2 by Amazarashi...

Wotakoi anime has very cute OP, I got 27, there was a lot of that I didn't hear in a while, and if you managed to say it sooner than I put a zero. I think you are good, I don't expect to have all of the reaction OPs in your playlist... For example I put the Black lagoon OP 'Red Fraction' as an alarm on my phone so that one I recognise pretty easily 😁

To be fair, the Steins;Gate one wasn't actually the second opening of Steins;Gate like the quiz said. It's the opening for Steins;Gate 0. Hacking to the Gate is the only opening for the original Steins;Gate anime.

I feel like it's mostly memes at this point, especially when you miss an opening to an anime you've already seen. Honestly you've gotten WAY WAY better since your first time doing these quizzes, when you missed like more than half of the openings to anime that you were actively watching or just recently watched at the time. Keep it up and you'll get a perfect 100% one day!!

This is what happens when you react to the openings once and then never watch them again. You did do pretty good on the anime you’ve seen (Heavenly Delusion notwithstanding), but for the ones you react to once in a compilation then never see again it’s kind of hard to expect you to remember them tbh. (I haven’t even watched MHA or Tokyo Revengers, and I still was yelling at my screen) Edit for score: I only missed 3

I play these with my sister all the time, openings, endings, ost, character, etc. so we already know most of them by the first note. We usually go for the first one who guesses it, and we don't pause ever, unless we want to look up an anime. Ps. we never skip openings in this household, it's like sacrilege, we love the music, and we usually watch them as they air, but you're welcome to watch them as you like Luke you are welcome to skip them.
