Күн бұрынIn April Arcteryx invited me to be a part of a film in Iceland that I would both score a soundtrack for and participate in. A week before the trip, my house burnt down, and with the fire went my passport. I couldn’t make the trip and gave up my hopes of being a part of the project. While in Iceland, the team called me and offered to fly my out to Iceland a month later with just the filmers once I had a passport.
What an amazing experience it was, and how incredibly cool of this company to go out of their way to have me be a part of it.
This is the first single from the soundtrack. I hope you enjoy it :)

Honestly Anyone who can mix properly can do this. Its alota hard work merging loops with vocals and making it sound right. Making music is not easy. If everyone had someone to do their track work or knew how to do it... there'd be alot more good music out there to listen too! 😊

@@ShadeRaven222 that’s true. There’s a lot of hidden musical talent out there but it is rare to come across someone who genuinely doesn’t have a bad song in their discography. Goth babe’s music can be formulaic at times but it makes for some consistent bangers and I’m still not tired of it.

Hey Griff, been listening to your music for a few years. Thanks for what you do. Today's church service was literally about control and then this song came on KZfaq shuffle today. IDK but Goth Babe, Beach Boys, Sun Room, DIIV, Oso Oso, Yot Club, Wet Leg, Champion Trees, Yard Act, Skegss, Sufjan, The Terrys, and The Velvet Underground etc. just to name a few - always ground me back to my surroundings whenever I've got a lot going on up there and words can't describe how thankful and grateful I'm. My favorite song by this band. I have visualized how the band name came about. Some dude was playing The Cure Joy Division, Ministry, Sisters of Mercy, whatever. Random clueless chick (certainly not a chick in my circle) says, "What's this?" He simply replies, "Goth, Babe." With that said, this song isn't Gorh, but this is how I imagine the group got its name.
