Love this remodel...what I adore about your builds is the fact that you are not only so creative, but you use different objects and decor in your builds. For instance, some of those outside windows you used, and how you use different looking tiles and use objects in a different and unique way. Love it. Anywho, another beautiful build. Love the finished product...it's 2000x better than the original goth manor :P

That cheat is disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt on/off and it allows you to place objects with out snapping to any slots or other objects when you hold down the alt key.

I have a super idea - I will rebuild the Goth manor just like you did, but I will also make a mixture of a museum and a tomb out of this mansion, just like the Chateau du Landgraab in Champs les Sims (The Sims 3 World Adventures EP, if someone doesn't know what I mean). Simon, Prudence and everyone else will rest peacefully in a small crypt on the same lot. What do you think? And sorry for my English, haven't spoken it for already a long time :D

Downloaded the house and am planning on using it :) I edited the house quite severely because I have a very specific taste, but I kept the general structure of the house which was lovely btw. You just ended a month of searching. Thank you.

You did an AMAZING job remodeling this house!! I loved the original one because of it's character & quirkiness.. but you gave it a fresh, more modern feel. I just downloaded it to my game and I love it.

I have an question. Why in sims 1,2,3, and 4 they change the Goth house? Its supposed to look like the goth family would of wanted Mortmer to stay in the house and leave it as is. But all of it is diffrent.

sims is love sims is life Because they’re different games and each game has its own building style. Also the Sims 4 is in an alternate universe so it would make sense that the house is different.

Bit late but Ok - Sims 1: Takes place 25 years after Sims 3 therefore the "goth house" may be just the house they live in and Cornelia and Gunther (his parents) live in the mansion in the Sims 3. Sims 2: Takes place 50 years after sims 1 in pleasantview. Since the original is still in sunset valley, they built a new one in Pleasantview. Sims 3 - The house is the original since it is the oldest of all houses (Having being set 25 years before) so it is proven that its the original manor. Sims 4: Sims 4 is described as a parallel universe to the sims (especially sims 2 since Bella Goth is in this game). Since it is clear that certain events are different, that also means the house was just made that way.

House turned out really nice. I love it, you did a beautiful job on it. I think from what I've seen so far that the Sims 4 looks like the Sims Freeplay too. I hope that's not the case. I'm having misgivings about it.

Personally i love the original goth mansion, theres really only a couple of things I would add. Near the back door there was that porch coming off the second floor, I always add pillars under it to make it look nicer. But i like the creepy old gothic victorian look

I'm not sure about the Sims 4, I don't really like the graphics that much and there are rumors that there will be no create-a-style! But is the fullness of time, we will see what the Sims 4 will have to offer. . . . If it's not delayed. :)

The link works fine for me, but if you're talking about the download button on the exchange, idk, because I already have the house in my game. If the download button doesn't work, that would be an issue on EA's part. I would recommend trying to download the house on later date. But, I don't plan on making any other way to download the house, sorry.
