To me it was interesting that three of the four most crucial rules where not technical. Took me about seven(maybe more) years to lead middle sized projects with an outcome I was happy. But that was for me .

Good talk by and large. Unsure why they felt the need to keep railing on social science as "not being science"? I can only imagine what they're like in meetings. Stay on topic maan

Tim seems to be one of those prolific and cringe-worthy LinkedIn posters with nothing of value to share; a consummate self promoter. Never at a loss for words and always ready to take the credit whether it belongs to him or not. I'm glad that I don't work with him. I can get more done without him around telling me what a great leader and advocate he is.
