As a father of a 8yr old non verbal autistic son and watching this kid I must say kodi is just amazing and such a inspiration ... Kodis mother has obviously never gave. Up on him and she probably deserves the best mother in the worldd of all time award.. thank you both for sharing this breath taking relation shop y'all have and this God given talent that has touched so many hearts . My mom passed away a couple weeks ago.... during the time when I was admitted in the hospital for 3 weeks with sepsis and kidney failure... and I also lost my dad 2 years ago during another time I was admitted in the hospital for 8 months... So this song hits me very hard and left me crying like a baby. I wish I could call my mom and dad... but they are both gone now. So if you still have yours, reach out and tell them you love them as often as you can! This was such a beautiful song and tribute to his mom and she 100% deserves it!

I went to camp with a blind boy (as far as I remember, he was not mentally handicapped) who also had the talent to play any song on the piano. We’d all stand around Norman and give him titles of the popular songs of the late 50’s to the present day (1963-1964), at the time, for him to play. We loved these sing-a-longs. Great memories.

Two of my grandchildren are autistic and so this song, and Kodi himself, moves me very deeply. Kodi is such an encouragement for those us who love someone with autism and who are hoping and praying that they are able to connect and achieve and even thrive in this sometimes very cruel world. I have watched this over and over and have cried every single time. Not only is Kodi an inspiration, but also his mother Tina, who inspires me to be a better and more selfless person and to think of others more than myself, just as she does.

Absolutely amazing he is a true inspiration to all the mum and kids out there suffering with the same sort of conditions, showing them anything is possible despite ypur disabilities, having this disability and being able to do this is truly out of this world, a true gift ❤️
