Sometimes you've got to let everything go - purge yourself. If you are unhappy with anything... whatever is bringing you down, get rid of it. Because you'll find that when you're free, your true creativity, your true self comes out.

This is so beautiful! I'm amazed how you build up the whole painting slowly 😶❤️❤️ I'm learning gouache but I'm having so much problems with portraits. May I ask is this hot pressed paper or cold pressed?

Thank you so much for appreciating!!, I use only hot pressed with gouache and cold pressed with watercolor but if I’m using both like mixed media I use hot pressed!

Thank you so much!, for this video I used Fuji xt3 on a tripod that extends horizontally also for overhead shots and just one ring light.

I have never tried it but there are wax mediums for it, it alters the finished painting in terms of how it looks but still I'll try it and post information if I can, also like watercolours it's alright to not seal them

Why does your gouache look more like oil paint instead of watercolor mixed with acrylic? Is it because of the paper you use or do you mix it with something?

I think it’s just the way I paint, but yes I do like to use smooth hot pressed paper for gouache. I don’t use anything else!
