Hi Marshall, I came across your mother's Goulash recipe here and tried it two days ago. DELICIOUS, even better reheated the next day! I did make one little change though: Instead of soy sauce, I substituted Worchestershire sauce. Very tasty. Sincere thanks for such an easy recipe.

I love goulash, but when I make it, I add more hamburger and not chop it up to small, I like big chunks.

Marshall are you going to do a cookbook? Please! I know a printing company that's great if you need information let me know. All they do is recipe books. They will even send you sample recipe books. Many church's use them to sale to raise funds for youth, etc.
