9:48 I have known that BGM was important, but didn't realize the extent of impact it can have! Even with the slightest of changes to the BGM, GV adds another layer of meloncholy to that scene.. Just brilliant! (And, as always thanks BR..)

Film south companion can You also invite Sundar c Sir, vikraman Sir, Ks Ravikumar sir,Agathiyaan sir(Kaadhal Kottai/Kaadhal Kavithai) Or Sasi sir (roja kootam, 555)? They are for me good director & it will be nice to hear to know about their experience please. Example kaadhal kottai won First time for tamil National award. Ks ravikumar done faboulus movies like muthu Or Padaiyappa Ramya krishnan madam acting that recognised also for Baahubali & super deluxe or pancha thanthiram. Vikraman what he understand about family subject movies or social issues. I liked his movies poove unakaage or suryavamsam. How is that possible that sundar c Sir make movie in 50 days & Editor work with him. Thats the fastest work ever. Why sasi sir wait for his Script to write example 2008-13 555. Or radha mohan sir how he came up with a idea to direct movies like ponniyin selvan(scar), Mozhi(mute/dumb), Payanam(airplane/kidnap) or Gouravam ( caste issue).😊 please

Masterclass is a great way to know the thought process of the creators. I was excited to watch it but conversing in a language which Govind Vasantha completely not comfortable with has restricted the whole purpose of the video. I'm not putting down Govind or talking superior about the interviewer. It's just common sense to talk to a creator in a language he's comfortable with to enjoy his whole thought process behind the composition. The other day I saw a video where Baradwaj is asking Vijay Devarakonda to talk in Tamil and in this video the opposite. I know the universality and stuff but this conversation in English completely failed the purpose of the video. Next time please don't do this!

Govind is speaking good English here. In my opinion, godvind has very effectively put forth his ideas. I think it is that Indian inferiority complex to put down people who dont speak the language super fluently. And are you expecting Baradwaj to speak Malayalam here? BS.

I don't understand Tamil. But there's always this relief with film companion that the interviews are in English so am able to knows what inside the director, actor or the composer. That is what bought me until here. I like it to be in English. And I don't miss any of them(at least most of them).
