These calipers look diffrent then the r56 jcw calipers in how they mount. These being brembo calipers do they have any advantage compared to the jcw 4 piston

Depends on the offset of the wheels. Their are certain wheels, which dont require any spacers.

The million dollar question is, do they clear the factory 16" wheels? Or do we need to upgrade there as well?

I am not a Mini driver, so i cant answer you. But what i can tell you is, that it clears some 16“ wheels with spacers.

Price for the whole kit to UK is 750€. Adapters only are 250€.
