He gives credit to crews, directors, actors, writers, and even his late partner. He doesn't spend the whole time talking "I did this" or "i came up with that" just because he's the producer of decades of iconic movies and shows.

That to me is when people are nice just because there’s successful and Rich I don’t think that’s genuine and I agree at some level he wouldn’t be where he is if he can’t talk and treat others correctly with humility but I think you really see who people are when they don’t have a lot of money and really struggling

Jerry Bruckheimer and Tony Scott were heavy hitters in the 80s and 90s, as well as Jerry and Michael Bay. Jerry Bruckheimer - arguably is one of the greatest Producers in American Cinema

This man is a true genius! The amount of his input and conviction is something that has been lacking these days in the present Hollywood scenario. We just don't find a singular producer with the range and versatility like that of Jerry Bruckheimer. 🔥

I love how gracious and generous he is about acknowleging the talent that worked on his films. You can see part of why he went so far in his career. Not only does he know how to spot a hit, hes a genuinely great person.

i remember seeing the trailer for it when I was in the 5th grade and I've always wanted to watch it but never got to it...but I get the feeling barely anyone in the movie is gonna be persian and it's not gonna look anything like actual persia lol

Oh my, I'm 32 now and ever since I saw Bad Boys in 1996 on that VHS (I still have right here) I have this special spot in my heart for this guy like some sort of relative family member that delivers banger movies every year up until "the pirates" as I can't really say any movie ever since 2005-2006 up until Maverick now. Still a legend 😁

When I see tony Scott involved in film I always think Ridley Scott is there two because they are brothers and like the coens the Scott brothers can direct film togeather like enemy of the state and days of thunder and top gun and the sequal to it is a tribute to the late tony there must be a sad reason why Ridley didn’t direct the sequal for him

I don't think I had ever seen Jerry Bruckheimer talking before. I mean, I love cinema and obviously I know who is he, there was a point during the late 90s and early 00s where he was doing a lot of mindless action movies and movie critics kinda hated him, but he was involved in a shitload of big hits. Not one or two, but a *shitload* . He is a freaking legend in Hollywood. And I find amazing how simple and humble he sounds. He literally made billions for big studios and he sounds like he did a few nice little movies here and there.

It did seem odd that they left out The Rock when talking to him. The cast of that movie is so awesome. Sean Connery, Nicolas Cage, Ed Harris, Michael Biehn, William Forsythe, David Morse, Tony Todd, Bokeem Woodbine, John Spencer, John McGinley, Gregory Sporleder, Steve Harris, Xander Berkeley, Danny Nucci, Stuart Wilson, etc.

You're not missing much tbh, Maverick is superior in every way (except maybe the soundtrack lol). The dogfighting was impressive for 1986, but the editing made it feel choppy and very unexciting... Maverick is crystal clear and genuinely thrilling. One of the few sequels that surpasses the original.

I just started this series of videos as a whole and I'm obviously hooked. Even the clone series Vanity Fair has posted is still interesting..anyhoo my whole point of this comment was to say this one is by far the best so far. This legend takes sole credit for nothing and always shows regard and respect for the audience the talent and the team as a whole. 'I' is used an order of magnitude less than 'we'. Legend, genius, and a gentleman.
