We agree with your point, To be entrepreneur is the ultimate better and challenging than so called upsc, but to be entrepreneur the first thing is to innovate, for that rigorous R&D is required, for which lots of funds are required. Now the question is who will invest in your R&D. Western countries spend 3 to 5 percentage of GDP on R&D, but what that number in india it is less than 0 .1 percent. So all the wealthier people or government should start investing in R&D.
