Grace, there are comments here, some only hours old, some several years, giving you the same compliment, that you are an inspiration. After watching these interviews over the course of your career, I see you're not the person I thought you were. Nearly, if not, 50 years from when I saw you as a child of 14, we were right in front so close the photographers blocked our view. I still see you getting them to move and our eyes met briefly. I know you thought why is he not home in bed, bc I was out partying, that's why. The person I see had such thoughts that were expressed best not in public, a little catch in speaking tells me you were thinking more than you said. Your voice sometimes quiet, sometimes rough gave you away to someone who is, not you, but like you maybe after all. It's not true but there goes the iconic status, you're more real than that. I'm glad.

Those who live in glass houses cast the first stone. What Grace did as a young woman in her personal life has no bearing on her talent. She was considered the "Queen" of hard rock. Anyone who doesn't think she had a special voice while with Jefferson Airplane doesn't know anything about the power and emotion Grace put into her songs/performances.

***** 2400, of course. It's not like that address isn't on an album cover or anything. I had a connection at 2120. I was a freshman at Mission in '66.
