There seem to be quite a few old souls that pop up in the music industry every several years- Jackie Evancho, Grace Vanderwaal, and now- Angelina Jordan, who will likely eclipse both of her predecessors in short order. Her Million Miles single is absolutely incredible and heart wrenching.

Simon Cowell said, she is a pioneer in her own way. Her parents were concerned that she may not be progressing as young children would ,a lot of young kids of her age can identify with her songs, and range does not stop there , nonetheless, each song and her rendition ,uniquely hers ,unpretentious ,passionate , focus , just like she said ," speaking from her heart ," Now she is 15yrs old , her parents always by her side, like million of fans , always wish good angels be at your side too. Mutlu Sarıtaş For Kim, Kylie, Khloe, Kris, Kendall and Kourtney I can give you wayyyyy more, people that have done good or made art that kept/keeps the world going: Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, David Bowie, Grace VanderWaal, Cyndi Lauper, Taylor Swift, Lizzo Adele, Whitney Houston, Aurora Aksnes, Amy Winehouse, Elton John, The Beatles, Queen, dodie, Patrick Martin, Sia, Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, Billy Joel, Buddy Holly, Madonna, ABBA, The Beach Boys, The Spice Girls, Barbra Streisand, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, Willow Smith, Peter Paul and Mary. Some of them might not have been the hardest workers, and they’ve come from dozens of different generations and levels of success, but they have all contributed to life and made art for millions. That’s not even close to the entirety of the planet. Not ever activist, singer, writer, actor, director, Doctor, teacher, etc. Never focus only on the negative. That’s barely half of the picture.

James Catchot welcome to the family. We are going watch this , soon to be legend, go from a funny skinny quirky little girl to becoming a force of undescribable beauty and grace. Her story will surely be made into a movie someday. I just hope it has a happy ending. I think Grace does have the right skills to handle all these drastic changes in her developing life. But she really seems to be way to young to understand what's happening to her. Soon(probably already) she will not be able to be in public without being surrounded by body-guards. Everyone she meets will already know practically everything there is to know about her. She continues to impress me every time I see something new from her, wether it be a new song, a speech, performance etc whatever it is. If Grace created it or spoke it, etc it will be impressive. How could so many talents be contained in her tiny little body. I am amazed by her constantly.

I think Kelly Clarkson was crying because she knows exactly how hard that "1st year" is after you've won a reality tv talent competition and all is not smooth sailing but a series of hard bumps and bruises of people trying to cut you up. Grace spoke so eloquently and you can see in her eyes the joy and also deep pain of this "1st year" and the gratefulness to the people who have helped her along the journey thus far. I hope she never listens to the negative, only allow the positive to keep driving her throughout this amazing journey in the path she is on now. Kids stars don't always have "happy lives"...I hope in the end she can say it was all worth it. Hoping for a great life and career for this kid! :)

I've never heard such a beautiful speech, such humility was reflected in her words and expressions, I have always loved Grace but my appreciation for her has just grown immensely in this moment

She's a good girl, she has a big heart and the sky is limit for her because she is genuine, and people can since originality from miles away and gravitate towards it like a moth to light.

That was one of if not the best acceptance speeches I have ever heard! This young woman is named so appropriately! Such Grace and maturity for being so young. I am a fan for life. It may just be me, but she reminds me of a young Joni Mitchell. God Bless you, Grace and may He protect you.

Just when I think this young woman can't earn her name anymore, she takes it to the next level. That acceptance speech was among the best I've ever seen for any award, ever.

Let alone that killer performance, but that speech, so well spoken and filled with genuine emotion. She was only 13 there, a kid but with such maturity.

"And I don't deserve this, at all" The only thing, and I mean only thing our amazing Grace does not deserve, is all the hate she receives! She more than kind of, deserved this award. She 10,000% deserved it and then some!

You are beyond your years. It is like you are an adult in a small person's body. You speak with such wisdom as you do with your lyrics. Don't ever let Columbia change your voice or smooth it out. Your voice is unique with its raspy quality. Beautiful. People will not forget you. Don't lose your wonderful personality.'
