One of my all time favorite hymns from James McGranahan. When I originally heard it in a little church of Christ, the man singing sang a capella...he did have an excellent tenor voice. This setting is very beautiful with the full choir, orchaestra and soloists. What language is the young man singing in his solo? I don't recognize it. I'm absolutely spellbound by this music. Can anyone explain the rhythmic nod by the singers? It's a uniform gesture: an expression shared by singers, and occasionally, by members of the orchestra. Is this a deferential "honoring" of the audience?" Just curious.

Bonjour, c'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sous-titrage en français, car je ne suis qu'un petit français qui ne connaît pas l'anglais mais seulement le français. @Didier Gellenoncourt . Ca commence , " Je ne sais pas pourquoi le merveille amour de Dieu " J'essayerai de trouver toutes les mots pour traduire , plus tard . J'ai besoin de lire les mots en englais d'abord. Je trouve un livre. Refrain ; Mais je sais en qui j'ai croire , et je sais que c'est possible pour lui de conserver tous que j'ai lui donner depuis cette jour . Ce n'ai pas parfait , mais c'est comme le poesie. K

Bonjour, je veux vous rassurer, le fait de pouvoir peut-être lire en sous-titrage français n'est pas une mauvaise critique, je sais bien que techniquement c'est difficile à faire. Moi, mon épouse et ma fille aimons beaucoup ces chants même s'il n'y a pas de traduction. Nous en connaissons déjà beaucoup en français car nous en chantons aussi dans nos Assemblées.
