If you are using the same assignment with the same rubric in multiple modules, does anyone know how to post that same rubric to the same assignment accross modules at one time?

How do I hide grades until all students have completed, for example, a multiple choice quiz? I want to avoid students sharing answers and do minimal marking. Once the deadline is due I would like if possible just to flick a switch and allow students to see there final grades. Thank you!

My question is, "How do I create an exam for students that I want them to submit online and then for me to grade by hand with no rubrics in Canvas? I want to simply assign my own grade that will appear in gradebook. I'm ok setting up the exam as a pdf file - I just need to know the detail settings that will allow students to submit the exam online also as pdf file so I can see it and grade it myself.
