That lone survivor comment really hurt him. The way he came back and said, "Really, that guy said that about me?" And instead of going off cursing, he just said he should be ashamed of himself. What an old school beast. Good man, Ventura.

Kyle is a liar, any combat veteran could see it. Its not honorable to brag about kills, everyone enters the conflict under orders and the emotional weight of taking a life is dependent on the character of the individual pulling the trigger. Kyle had none.

So true, I like the guy, but he's wrong on why he thinks Muhammad Ali didn't what to go to Vietnam. In fact, Muslim's don't think much of non-believers, ie, infidels and that would most certainly include Jesse. Look at Justice Douglas' concurring opinion in Cassius Clay v US on Ali's religious objection reason for not wanting to going to combat for the US.

Leave the transgender community alone you and your bully-boy buddies. the vast majority of people are sick of your hate mongering, I certainly am. Do you care that your hate mongering is putting other people's children at risk of violent attacks. Do you accept that you are also responsible when a transgender person is attacked or killed, do you see the damage you are doing to so many transgender person's mothers, fathers, their sister and brothers. The people who love, the people, you hate simply for being. They people who love a transgender person especially their mothers and fathers are terrified, when they go out showing their true identity knowing that some hatefull evil demonic creature want to hurt them. They get their power from people like you, they think they are able to use the excuse of rightousness. Because lots of people in their echo chamber agree with their choice to satisfy a sadistic need to hate and hurt others. I absolutely hate bullies of all kinds they are all cowards, as adults all their children hate them because they bullied them too. They very often bullied their own children the worst. Well think of this coward,, how much bravery do you imagine it takes for a transgender person to go out into a city, town or village, with the body of a man dressed as the woman they are. In a climate were many nasty people often fake christians have presented the arguement to crazy, psychopathic and homicidal individuals, who have no problem murdering another person. Knowing you are giving them the okay to target transgender person's because you and you gang give them premission to see transgender people as less than human, basically people with zero value. Can you imagine that someone in a gang of people were spreading in a big way that it was okay for anyone to hurt you child even kill your child, a person you love, can you actually imagine that bully-boy. What would you feel if I and a group of other people were saying all over the place, every chance we got that if people get the chance it's okay to hurt your child because they are worth nothing well bully-boy what would you feel. We are not important enough to think we get to torment, torture and destroy another persons well-being, freedom and life, just because we don't like them and how they get to enjoy being free. Remember this all you bully-boy hate mongers at the end there is nowhere for you to hide from the absolute fact that you chose to be an evil hateful soul because you are a highly judgmental petty excuse for a human being.

Since then I've met and worked with Mr. Ventura on two separate occasions. He is a man of honor and integrity and is everything he exemplifies in his interviews. When you can have a casual and honest conversation- even in passing- with someone you relate with, you can shake a man's hand and look one another in the eye and know exactly who you are dealing with. I pray that we can all take something from Mr. Ventura out into this world today and do what is right to restore the once sacred ideals of the American spirit for our children and a hopeful future.

Hearing Jesse Ventura talk about how much he loves his wife and how much he lit up talking about her was really touching. He is so committed to his lady. Then for him to start steering off topic towards being paranoid of drones striking him is so Jesse Ventura. Just a roller coaster of a man.

He had every right to be afraid of drones. You’re not aware of Obama and Hillary literally watching drone pilots kill civilians in the Middle East. A group of people were standing around socializing. They were after one or two of them but essentially took out a group of twelve or fifteen. Children and fathers. We’re a long way from that back in 2010. A long way. Technology has exploded, trust me.

35:05- "if you'll die for someone you'll lie for them" That breaks his own argument! As a navy vet myself, my HONOR dictated that I die for someone if need be. That same HONOR kept me from lying for them. Jesse essentially says he would lie for those he would die for. And that if you lie you have no honor. Jesse lost his honor with that series of statments... he's telling us without telling us that if it was one of his guys saying they punched Chris Kyle, Jesse would lie for his buddy, too!

I was an army ranger when they took our black beret and gave us a tan one. Jesse Ventura did express his opinion on the Army Ranger's black beret being taken away and given to the regular army. He stated, "So you know, US Army Rangers, for years, had a black beret. They stole it away from them and gave them a tan beret. And to me, that's an atrocity because the black beret should be worn only by the US Army Rangers. They had it back before World War II, and they're the ones that earned the right to wear it."

Served 93-98. Was Airborne. Was part of a panel that decided on the change of Berets. I was just a E4. I really had no say. All of the changes was because of everyone except Infantry. When I was in an Ordnance unit we had no way of distinguishing ourselves from others. Our commander authorized the ordnance cord from the 70s. Every branch had a shoulder cord in the 70s you knew of someone was a MP or Air artillery etc. Joes were busted wearing medals and wearing Enlisted bus driver caps that were no longer used or authorized. It was a huge problem it drew attention at the time. A lot of cry babies said it was not fair. That’s why they changed the berets. I had 2 Ranger friends get out over it. I voted against it. No one thought it was fair for Blue cords only. I told the panel changing beret colors was not good. Was told I know nothing..

That's the kind of shit that nobody who has ever been in the military or at least had grown up around veterans wouldn't understand. That is why you hear these people who never served have this "What's the big deal?!" kind of attitude towards stolen valor. They just can't comprehend what it is like to earn your jump wings or earn that infantry chord or your Ranger tab or that anchor and globe etc. To them it is just some logo like the McDonalds M or the Pepsi symbol. They don't know what it is like to march the crucible. They don't know what it is really like from first hand experience to survive BUDS or RIP. And they sure as shit don't know what it is like to be in combat or see your friends wounded and killed in combat.

America is run by and for oligarchs - if you are a man of the common people as Jesse is, you'll get squashed and rubbed out as JFK was in 1963. Jessie this is the first time I heard the story of your acceptance speech. It made me emotional to hear it also. It says a lot how a person or in this case people (both you and Ali) can cause a spark that can change the course of history. I'd just like to say thank you Jessie for your service. I never served even though I was sentenced to the Army I was shot at my going away party. But I am forever humbled by those of you who have and do. I've always liked you and have been interested in your life, however today you inspired me to continue at a time I've lost much hope. We often learn by emulating and sometimes when we're out of ammo and lost, all we needed was enough motivation to believe that maybe I too if I don't give up can not nessassarily shock the world, but can make a difference if I persevere. God Bless you Jessie Ventura your a good person and even better role model.

@robster985 the troops that assessed the situation had balls. That's more than I can say, but yeah , that's old news. It doesn't reflect badly on first responders. With whatever the fuck happened. If you're here, consider yourself reserves. Homeland security anyway. Do the right thing when you see it, fellas. Have a good day.

excellent interview AND interviewer: RARELY does an interview have relevant questions and allows the person to talk. This is a fast hour to watch because the stories shared by Jesse Ventura (or allowed to share by the cadence of the interview) are: sincere, nastalgic and heartfelt. By the end of this video you will be saying: "We made it." thumbs up.

I too am of the rarity that both parents were WWII Veterans. Mom was higher ranking officer in navy than dad was in marines. He had to salute her before they married ❤😂

_This is the best interview I have watched in recent memory! Jesse is the kind of man our forefathers would have been proud of. His sense of honor and convictions are almost palpable. His values mirror mine and this is why he is extremely relatable on a personal level. Jesse Ventura would be a fine President although I would not wish that unfathomable burden upon him._

When I was a teenager, I thought “The Body” was a bad guy. His back-and-forth with Vince McMahon was always classic! He is a great man!

People here don't want someone who is as logical in this country. People are too stupid to understand what he's about. He loves his country

That's why they would smear him and make up fake charges to keep him courts fighting and if that didn't work they would assassinate him, just like that have done to others. It's an evil time we live in and our country has been take over.
