I don't hate Russia, and honestly hate politics but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what your working with. @atifmir74094 жыл бұрын
@Green Giant Dude, Hogan was getting more than all the wrestlers put together. Yes he was a marquee fighter, but to get more than everyone put together is ridiculous. Also the aim was to get a better wage for everyone, and not just pay one guy well. WWF had plenty of great characters back in the days and it was more than just Hogan, he was just one of many. This was what made WWF so entertaining and loved.
@AKAdaJoker144 жыл бұрын
Green Giant did you watch the same video?
@MUFCWH74 жыл бұрын
@Green Giant urmmm did you even watch and listen to this?? It says Hulk Hogan got paid more than anybody combined(Including Andre). Thats why he didn't want to unionize! Ventura wanted it to be equal!!! Presides apart from Ventura other wrestlers like Warrior. Sid. Macho Man and Ted Dibiase have all said negative things about Hogan backstage and how he is on a self serving gender!!
@AKAdaJoker144 жыл бұрын
Green Giant whether or not he was worth what they paid him, hulk hogan purposely sold Ventura and others out so they wouldn’t get a raise. Do you see the difference in word choice? Hulk hogan gets set for life out of all of those wrestlers, makes more than all of them combined. The disparity is huge, even for the posterboy of wrestling. It’s probably that if hulk got fair treatment then everyone would, and that eats out of a paycheck WWE funnels up his ass. Is it selfish when you want a retirement pension or workman’s comp for a dangerous sport, but wwe does that for only one guy, and it’s the guy that sided with wwe on what a wrestler should be paid? Conflict of interest much?
@AKAdaJoker144 жыл бұрын
Green Giant yeah makes sense. Fuck anyone else other than hulk hogan. He’s the only one that matters, not like there’s a federation of wrestlers. You know unions were created for a reason? To protect workers from getting screwed by their boss, which is what that was. It doesn’t always have to be the extreme, “any union is communism.” You telling me if your boss doesn’t protect your general interests or safety, you’re totally fine with that? What a fucking friend you have to be to sell out your own buddy because your millions aren’t enough to fill a swimming pool. Couldn’t be me

WWF woulda nEVER went world wide or as famous...Hogan made the company money (even people who dont know wrestling, heard of Hogan) as well made himself money, but overly he made the COMPANY money.... and as such, means the business grew, enabling vince to keep signing checks.. not to just Hogan though....its not like Jessie got starved out or anything... he still had an announcing job, and also woulda even longer in wcw .. IF he could keep his night life in order and actually get some damn sleep, instead of partying all fucking night with the boys....i like Jessie, but he's gotta admit....wrestling is full of backstabbers and liars... Boohoo.. someone told on you... its wrestling... suck it up and move on.
@SidJustice18 жыл бұрын
+peedurr north wrestling surely could have used a union. I mean everyone wasn't Hulk Hogan. There were guys there that need incentive and a backing just in case they got hurt or anything happened to them. And when it became a global conglomerate, that was ample time to get the wheels moving to form one. Hogan and Vince both are bastards.

@colliric8 жыл бұрын
You only just found out now? Hogan snitched to Eric Bischoff all the time in WCW, rather infamously. Remember when Nash called Guerrero, Benoit, Jericho, Malenko and a heap of others the Vanilla Midgets and publicly buried them. Hogan and Nash both got into Bischoff's ear about them and basically forced them to stay on the midcard indefinitely because he was worried they were going to take his spot... You can also add Big Show and Xpac to that list too..... they all got pissed off at their treatment at WCW and went on to greener pastures in 1999... What a prick.
@bystandah96267 жыл бұрын
+colliric I'm pretty certain that isn't the worst that Hulk has done by far. That's okay, though. Karma got his ass in the form of his racist scandal. Personally, I don't think Hulk's a racist, but based on his locker room politics and holding back other wrestlers that he felt were a threat to his star-power in the WWF and WCW, I'm happy that he's now been effectively erased from their history.

I always review Graham's posts I've seen before. There are always gems to be reminded of. Ole Jesse knows what is "holy, and just and good." He may not claim Christ but his virtues reflect Him. All the best to him and Graham.

You have to understand that it is work and a business. No different than when you go to work somewhere. You got to work for Walmart or the Post office or McDonlads or wherever... Its ppl there from all walks of life and chances are, most likely... You are not going to be best friends with them. Because its all about making money and making ends meet. That is the adult world.

He tried to union the wrestlers as well and they wouldn't listen and follow, and because of Jessie doing what he did for himself Vince blocked that but someone else sued him and won rights for royalties as well.
