In this video, we will be looking over the topic of gram-staining. The gram-staining procedure is a test that allows for the detection of different types of bacteria and diagnoses infections. Throughout this video, we will be exploring the differences between gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, where this technique is used, common mistakes associated with this technique, and some troubleshooting tips that allow for a more successful gram-stain result.
