Here are my sentences, Emma: My friend called me when I was driving, so I couldn't answer him. By the time I arrived at home, the dinner had already been cooked. Apparently, it had been cooking for about an hour 'n' a half before I came home. (thanks to my wife!) Dear Emma, I guess I managed to make up my own examples to demonstrate the lesson was internalized by me completely! But if I mistook anywhere, please, correct me!

I struggle and I was confusing when the next sentence began with a new "past-time". But thanks a lot because this really what I need. Competition and not a boring grammar lesson. 👍🏻

This quiz was so interesting . The round 4 was little bit hard for me. I think if I go through the grammer one more ,I could also answer these questions.
