where do i farm damage cap V? im at this quest but cant pass de dps check... the only way to farm damage cap is by RNG with the little npc?

is there anyone that can help me on this one i know am pretty late considering its been 1 or so month ? am on ps4 kinda need help for this one

Umm are you supposed to be able to beat this as soon as you unlock it or are they expecting you to do a ton of farming to be able to beat it, my entire team is at 12k power and my main is at 17k power this quest is only 10k recommended but when he starts charging up his instant kill I can only get it down like one third of the bar, doesn't feel doable Edit: OK not as bad as I thought, on that first try every single hit was one shotting me and it was miserable but looking at some tips online literally all I changed was I added improved dodge to my character and I set the SBA to hold and only used it on the big attacks where he was charging up and it made it way more manageable, with improved dodge I didn't die to the big swooping attack even once, and the entire fight I only went critical 3 times
