Great size ! Such a shame the newer/newest condos barely give 30-35sq m. An extra 10 makes such a difference 👍🏼

Thanks John. If you've watched some of the older condo tours you've seen me give some currency conversions, butI had way too many people fussing about why I didn't give conversions in their currency. Exchange rates fluctuate daily but the price in THB does not. So, to eliminate all the complaints, I now give prices in THB only and leave the conversion to the viewer. Takes about 2 seconds on Google. Thanks for watching.

I've seen this one many times. Have they resolved the issues with the parking garage flooding when it rains heavily? About 2 or 3 years ago, a ton of vehicle took on a lot of damage in the parking garage. Beautiful units though that is for sure.

13 minute walk to the beach... so pushing it. TV is a good size. Owner needs to up their game on the furniture... uncomfortable looking bed and couch.... Nice size bedroom - why not a king bed... ? Pretty dense living in there... I wonder about noise from fellow tenants??

Who in their right mind is going to buy any property or even a car in Thailand until they clarify the tax situation as from the beginning of 2024 in that you will get taxed to hell remitting funds to Thailand.
