O my word, my jealously level just rose 100%, I so want to go to the island and to the show. Thank you so much for showing these beds, this is totally my style of planting and I saw several things I would like to try to work into my beds. I also loved the container ideas, I have over 40 pots and containers in my garden and I am always looking for new ideas. I now need to go look for a second job to pay for all these ideas! LOL. Can't wait to see more from the trip!

Wow that front bed is no joke! There must be a hundred varieties of flowers in there. It's amazing. It's gorgeous and defies many of the strict rules of bed planting which I like.

The pineapple bed was one of my favorites. I loved the combination of color and movement. Laura and Aaron, it was such a pleasure meeting you both after having followed your journey these last few years. The love that you share for each other just shines so brightly when you look at each other. It just made me so happy. Thank you for sharing a bit of that love with us. You brighten my day!🌻

Thanks for allowing us to live vicariously through you at the garden show which is on my bucket list to attend. I love all the flower combinations but I was super excited when I saw the pineapple statue. I just purchased one Monday to go in my garden. I know it will be beautiful. I grew up in Michigan, Mackinaw Island is the best! I enjoyed seeing the flowers from my childhood, many of which will not grow in Texas where I am now.

Oh, I love Mackinaw Island! I haven't been in years so it was nice to see this. I always love looking at the flowers and houses when I'm there. 💜😊🌿

I was trying to not put red in my flower beds because I was following Laura’s footsteps. But last year I came across some red geraniums on clearance for $1 and couldn’t pass up. Once I popped them in...oh my they looked beautiful! It brightened up the space.

We went to Mackinac Island in June this year. The Lilacs were blooming when we went. The island was so beautiful!!

I am glad that I saw this. I am going my front yard differently now.

Red and white are getting my attention this year, too! So crisp

How amazing that you could see all of this beauty in one location. I am so inspired to do some of these plants in my own garden, I really love the purple fountain grass, and plan on putting at least three of them in my front yard, maybe a few in my small back yard as well. I love dahlias they are such a beautiful flower with a gorgeous structure and there are so many different colors and that's what I love. Aaron you are so good at avoiding the windy sound when you film which is just amazing. Thank you both so much this was an awesome video.
