​ @theocdtraveler We were at Grand Residences almost immediately after the sale to Holiday Inn Vacations, and it was our 4th return trip. It was the worst experience we've ever had, to the point where we started looking for a "new favorite" resort to go to next time and didn't book for 2024. But we're getting the itch again and have given them some time, along with the understanding that they've had a massive turnover in management and staff and working to repair the damage that was done (just look at some of the tripadvisor reviews over the last 6mos). Question: Unbiased feedback. Is this back to 2023 standards? 2021 standards? or pre-2021 standards. You've gone enough to know what I mean, as each subsequent visit we made was not as good as the previous. Or does it still need work?@@theocdtraveler

@@2323dutch honestly…it is not back to the standard you’ve enjoyed. How to characterize it is difficult. My view is every time I go back it’s a little bit worse. So if your 2023 visit was poor I doubt you will see an improvement. Staff levels down, food quality down, service down, up keep down and prices increasing. Will I go back? Yes. I have a trip in October and April 2025…. But I’m a captive audience
