Oh my God, everyone is looking for this recipe! My grandmother from Odessa taught me this trick. This is the best dinner I've ever eaten!
My grandmother from Odessa taught me. Brilliant trick! Put everything in a saucepan and forget about it for 4 hours! This is the most delicious beef shank recipe. The taste of this dish will surprise all your family and friends. Cook with joy! Cook with love!
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
3.5 kg beef shank.
1 tablespoon salt.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
3-4 allspice.
2 bay leaves.
Continue cooking on low heat for another 1 hour.
mmm... how delicious.
Separate meat from bones.
Grind the meat into fibers.
Put the meat in a deep bowl.
Using a garlic press, press 8-9 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.
Strain the broth through cheesecloth.
Let it cool completely.
Pour 100 ml of broth into a glass mold.
Parsley.
Chop the boiled carrots.
Cut out flower shapes from it.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Parsley leaves.
Put in the fridge until completely frozen.
Add another 100 ml of broth and put in the fridge to harden again.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
100 ml of broth.
Mix well.
Carefully pour in the prepared mixture.
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes so that it hardens well.
Put our delicious meat on top.
You can't imagine how delicious it will be.

Pour broth over the meat until it is completely covered.
Put in the fridge overnight.
4 potatoes.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon dry basil.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 40-45 minutes.
Leaves of lettuce.
1 chopped cucumber.
1 bell pepper.
2 tomatoes.
Peeled olives.
Parsley.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper.
1/3 teaspoon dried basil.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Mix well.
Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables.
Everything is ready!
Mmm...
I cook vegetables this way all summer long!
Here are our potatoes.
Crispy...
Turn over on a suitable plate and let rest for 30 minutes.

Φαίνεται πολύ ωραία συνταγή,αισθητικά είναι τέλεια.Θα μπορούσε να συνοδευτεί και με μια ωραία ελληνική "χωριάτικη" όπως λέγεται σαλάτα,θα ήταν μια ωραία Σέρβο ελληνική προσέγγιση.Οπωσδηποτε θα την κάνω.🇬🇷🇬🇷

To kod mene u srbiji zovu pihtije samo sto su vase malkice na drugaciji nacin vi ste sa majonezom mi nestavljamo nista ali svaka cast na predivnom i preukusnom receptu.
