I was watching her cook saying I wish she was my granny. My grandma passed when I was 3 so I only have 2 memories of her then I look up and find out her name is Gloria my grandma’s name 😂 she cooks just like my mom taught me to cook just like my granny taught my mom

Those are the true gems they have been using before we came into existence. I learned to bake and so many ppl do not thicken the liquid when preparing or know to. I learned that too about the flour and sugar mix.

I've been watching many Peach Cobbler youtube videos and some were very good but....your warm, gentle disposition is overwhelmingly God sent. I really enjoyed watching this video, not just because of the recipe, but because I was entertained by Ms Gloria’s attitude while preparing the cobbler, I just wanted to hug her. Grandma Gloria oh my that reminds me of my Mother-in-Law peach cobbler in Texas, that was the best and she used the same ingredients as you. She would also make cold bread pudding that was out of this world. I am Irish & Italian and live in Calif. and married a Texan 51 years ago I had never had these desserts, I was hooked every time I visit I must have them now. You just made me so hungry for some good Southern dessert.
