Grandma’s simple & easy glutinous yellow wine chicken with cloud ears. Great for raining cold days.
Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks or 1/2 chicken chop to bite size pieces n marinated
Ginger smashed
Cloud ears
1 bowl aged yellow wine
Gojiberries
Some water
Salt, mushroom granules, sugar to taste
