@@JoicSeth Nah if he keeps making video's about one a day with as many views as he get's it's 30k to 50k a year from youtube ad revenue. Also add the twitch donations and his students he makes solid money doing this. Yes it's much more valuable to us then that but far from doing it for free.

I just love watching these and hearing how a gm can describe why amateur chess players like me make bad moves. It all makes perfect logical sense but when I try to implement in my own games I’m usually just as bad as before lol !

Really appreciate your videos man, plainly explaining your thinking process with each move so any level player can understand. A lot of other streamers come off a little arrogant when denouncing certain moves while you simply analyze why it does or doesn’t work.

I watch a lot of Hikaru and other great streamers however I def learn the most from this 'Speedrun'! I Truly feel I'll be able to go up a few hundred points, 1400-1650 or so. Gotta love those Botez gambit references....never get old haha.

As a real beginner, the biggest thing I've learnt from this series is how to identify when to attack, when to open the center and when to trade. Made a huge difference to my game 👍

These are great but if you haven't watched them already the latest speed run 'oh my lands' includes 10 minute games so he can spend a bit longer explaining the game. It's the best chess instruction I've ever seen.

I see the (hyper) accelerated dragon recommended a lot by coaches. What is the specific reason compared to other defenses vs 1.e4 like reguler e5 and Nc6 or the Petroff?
