Dated a guy from Alabama that talked about squirrel and dumplins and I was all for it. He's gone, but I'm just gonna have to get it for myself then 😆. Guys are mostly just words no action. Couple questions: Let's say you killed the squirrels a week ago, how do you store them and then restore them for when you're ready to cook? Or do you skin them immediately after killing and then store "naked" (for lack of a better term lol). Thank you, very much enjoy your videos.
