Thi series of tractor were some of John Deere's best and most fuel efficient tractors.

Loved running at night and see the flame dance out of the stack. Seems like back then the diesel didn't have a choking smell but a almost sweet smell (late 60s) I'm a little old,starting driving old john deere tractors at age of 6 raking hay and absolutely loved it

If you pull the pins locking the drawbar out it will pull it a little easier.
