I don’t mean to be harsh but sadly at my school we did this and a driver had pulled out in the path of the tractor and the tractor driver had swerved to avoid killing the driver. The tractor had a lot of damage when the engine of the car was smashed. The tractor driver had got in trouble because he can only drive a tractor from farmland to farmland

I almost forgot how good the soil is down there. My uncle had the family farm on 350 south, it was like a vacation for me when we would visit from Chicago. I'm up in northeast Minnesota, we've got clay and rocks for ground, mostly hay fields up here. Excellent video, have a great summer.

I went to visit my 73-year-old dad this evening and I found him sitting in his living room watching this video with a serene look on his face. He was such at peace. My dad worked as a farm hand almost his whole life. I joined him in watching the video as he was reminiscing about his younger years and how he missed the farm. So, thank you for whoever took the time to capture this event.

That bring,s back memories. My dad had a jd b and a woods brother,s one roll picker. Later he got a two roll mounted 227 picker on jd a. We were big timing then. And we had a 53 jd 70 gas. With 4 bottom either 12 or 14 inch plow. Now I have a John deere 70 gas. 1953. With 4 bottom plow. 14 inch I think. Not sure. 15:41

Its amazing how technology has changed farming . I see this harvestor , then I watch a video of 16-24 row combines today with all their sensors and computers and I am impressed I remember when my neighbor bought one if the first 8 row combines and we all thought it was massive ( yes , I am old). I made money while I was in high school baling hay and straw , plowing and raising steers for the county fair . I sure miss those days

Loved running at night and see the flame dance out of the stack. Seems like back then the diesel didn't have a choking smell but a almost sweet smell (late 60s) I'm a little old, starting driving old john deere tractors at age of 6 raking hay and absolutely loved it

Just came across this video, very enjoyable. We haven't plowed any of our ground since the early 80's, did ridge till, then no till, then no till with cover crops but it sure is great to watch this on someone else's ground. I saw a Case 400 in there, still have one that was the first diesel my granddad ever bought. It would pull 4-14's. I spent many hours in the seat of that tractor.
